These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of auto and motorcycle repair services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by BB IMEX (“YAMADAFACTORY105”: hereinafter referred to as the “Store”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

Terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows

  • Customer: An individual or legal entity that uses the services of this store.
  • Vehicle: refers to the car or motorcycle (generally, four-wheeled vehicles and two-wheeled vehicles) that is being repaired.
  • Charge: refers to the cost incurred as compensation for repair services.

2. Service details

The store will provide the following repair services.

  • General inspection and maintenance of automobiles and motorcycles
  • Repair and replacement of defective parts
  • Overall vehicle maintenance and customization
  • Other services as required.

3. Customer obligations

The customer shall comply with the following

  • Provide accurate information (vehicle condition, past repair history, etc.) when requesting repairs.
  • Pay the necessary fees for repairs within the specified time frame and ensure that there are no delays.

4. Repairs and charges

  • Repair fees will vary depending on the work and parts involved. Specific charges shall be explained to the customer and agreed upon in advance.
  • An invoice for the charges will be issued upon completion of the repair.

5. Disclaimer

  • The store does not guarantee the condition of the vehicle after repair. However, if there is an error in the work related to the repair, the store shall repair the vehicle again.
  • The customer shall fully understand and agree to the condition of the vehicle and the deterioration of its parts prior to the repair.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hanoi City People's Court.

8. Modification of terms and conditions

The store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced in the store or on the website, and subsequent use of the store will be subject to the new Terms and Conditions.
